N <br /> • <br /> 1 detailed form and contents of the drainage plan shall be described in <br /> 2 procedures established by the City Engineer and/or in the Procedures Manual. <br /> 3 The Procedures Manual will set forth the manner of presenting the following <br /> 4 information: <br /> 5 (a) Background computations for sizing drainage facilities. <br /> 6 (1) Depiction of the drainage area on a topographical map of <br /> 7 approved scale and contour level with acreage of the site, <br /> 8 development, and developmental coverage indicated. <br /> 9 (2) Indication of the peak discharge and volume of surface <br /> 10 water currently entering and leaving the subject property due <br /> 11 to the design storm. <br /> 12 (3) Indication of the peak discharge and amount of runoff which <br /> 13 will be generated within the subject property, due to the design <br /> 14 storm, if the development or proposed activity is allowed to <br /> 15 proceed. <br /> 16 (4) Determination of the peak discharge and amount of water that <br /> 17 will be generated by the design storm at various points on the <br /> 18 subject property. <br /> 19 (b) Proposed measures for handling the computed runoff and <br /> 20 insuring water quality at the detail level specified in the <br /> 21 Procedures Manual. <br /> 22 (c) Proposed measures for controlling runoff, maintaining water <br /> 23 quality and controlling erosion during construction. <br /> 24 (2) The requirements of this section may be modified at the discretion <br /> 25 of the City Engineer in special cases requiring more or less information. <br /> 26 Section 5: Mandatory Requirements for Drainage Improvements <br /> 27 (1) (a) Surface water entering the subject property shall be received <br /> at the naturally occurring location and surface water exiting <br /> 28 the subject property shall be discharged at the natural location <br /> with adequate energy dissipators within the subject property to <br /> 29 minimize downstream damage and with no diversion at any of these <br /> points; and <br /> 30 <br /> (b) The peak discharge from the subject property due to the <br /> 31 design storm may not be increased beyond the level specified in <br /> the Comprehensive Drainage Plan due to the proposed development; <br /> 32 and <br /> 6 <br />
