• <br /> 5. The responsible officials may, upon notification to an affected firm <br /> remove said firm from the consultants' list for good cause including <br /> incompetence, misrepresentation, insufficiency, bias, or gross fail- <br /> ure to perform in accordance with this ordinance. The firm shall <br /> have the opportunity to present arguments to the responsibile <br /> official prior to the responsible officials' actions and may request <br /> a finding and determination in writing for the purpose of review. <br /> The firm may apply for reinstatement to the consultants' list after <br /> one year and shall be reinstated upon approval by the responsible <br /> official. <br /> Section 7: Section 15 of Ordinance No. 406-76 which reads as follows: <br /> Section 15: SEPA Public Information Center <br /> A. The following location shall constitute the City's SEPA Public <br /> Information Center: <br /> Planning Department <br /> Everett City Hall <br /> 3002 Wetmore <br /> Everett, Washington 98201 <br /> B. Bi-weekly notices in a newspaper of general circulation shall <br /> include the following information about the SEPA Pelle Infor- <br /> mation Center: existence and location; additions to the <br /> "Proposed Declaration of Non-Significance Register," "EIS in <br /> Preparation Register" and the "EIS Available Register"; deter- <br /> minations of major and minor actions; and completion dates of <br /> EIS processes. No notice shall be required when none of the <br /> above actions have been undertaken during the two week period. <br /> C. The SEPA Public Information Center shall contain the documents <br /> and provide the services required by WAC 197-10-830. <br /> D. Determination of major and minor actions shall be maintained in <br /> a register at the SEPA Public Information Center. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> Section 15: SEPA Public Information Center <br /> A.
