A minimum of 752.5 square feet of landscaping shall be provided in the <br />interior of the parking lot for the 43 parking stalls. Landscaping must be <br />provided per Section 35.080E of the Zoning Code. <br />e, Prior to issuance of any permits, landscaping plans must bc reviewed and <br />approved by the Plamung Department per Section 35.100 of the Zoning <br />Code. The landscaping plan must show location and dimensions of <br />required vegetated swales, wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and <br />retaining wa1�s, and grading at 2 foot intervals. Irrigation systems must be <br />provided in all laddscaped areas per Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A <br />2 year maintenance assurance device must be provided for the landscaping <br />per Section 35. ] 30B of the Zoning Code. <br />18. Based upon 3,100 square feet of Type V-N, unsprinklered construction, the fire <br />flow requirement is 1,500 GPM. <br />19. One available hydrant must be installed. A fire hydrant is required within 200 <br />driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every structure. The location of the <br />hydrant must be approved by the Fire Ma��shal. <br />20 <br />21 <br />22. <br />23. <br />M approved automatic fire detection system must be in compliance with Article <br />87 of the Uniform Fire Code.
