10. The Geotechnical Engineering Sdidy dated Apri129, 1993, for this proposal indicates <br />that a substantial po»ion of the site consists of unconsolidated matenal which is <br />unsuitable as structural fill, Therefore, development of the site must be consistent with <br />the recommendadons of the ;eotechnical report on file at the Pltsnning Department. <br />(SEPA Eard►, Environmental Health Policies) <br />1 I. On-site deten�on is required for stormwater nu►off from this site. At a minimum, the <br />detendon system must be sized for the increase in impervious surface over what was <br />recendy present for past uses. (SEPA Water, Public Servi:es and Utilides Policies) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it dces not have a probabfe significant <br />adverse smpact on the envvonment. An Environmental [mpact Statement is not required under <br />RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with S4�te law and Cit,y <br />ordinances related to general environmental protection including but not limitr,d to right•�if- <br />way improvement requiremenLs, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a <br />campleted env'vonmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This <br />iaformation is available to the puhlic on request.
