Key road closure for this project will be the off ramp from <br /> 11 northbound SR529 to East Marine View Drive in Everett. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 <br /> 14 <br /> 15 EFRF:- <br /> 16 1-05.15 Method of Serving Notices <br /> 17 (March 25, 2009 APWA GSP) <br /> 18 Revise the second paragraph to read: <br /> 19 <br /> 20 All correspondence from the Contractor shall be directed to the Project Engineer. All <br /> 21 correspondence from the Contractor constituting any notification, notice of protest; notice <br /> 22 of dispute, or other correspondence constituting notification required to be furnished <br /> 23 under the Contract, must be in paper format, hand delivered or sent via mail delivery <br /> 24 service to the Project Engineer's office. Electronic copies such as e-mails or <br /> 25 electronically delivered copies of correspondence will not constitute such notice and will <br /> 26 not comply with the requirements of the Contract. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Add the following new section: <br /> 30 <br /> 31 1-05.16 Water and Power <br /> 32 (October 1, 2005 APWA GSP) <br /> 33 <br /> 34 The Contractor shall make necessary arrangements, and shall bear the costs for power <br /> 35 and water necessary for the performance of the work, unless the contract includes <br /> 36 power and water as a pay item. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 1- 5,g -teaCRD DWG;efo�'� <br /> 39 Add the following new section: <br /> 40 <br /> 41 1-05.18 Record Drawings <br /> 42 (March 8, 2013 APWA GSP) <br /> 43 <br /> 44 The Contractor shall maintain one set of full size plans for Record Drawings, updated <br /> 45 with clear and accurate red-lined field revisions on a daily basis, and within 2 business <br /> 46 days after receipt of information that a change in Work has occurred. The Contractor <br /> 47 shall not conceal any work until the required information is recorded. <br /> 48 <br /> 49, This Record Drawing set shall be used for this purpose alone, shall be kept separate <br /> 50 from other Plan sheets, and shall be clearly marked as Record Drawings.
