If Davis Bacon wage rates apply to this Contract, all requirements must be met 28 and recorded properly on certified payroll 1 29 30 1_-CZ 2.G'a:I 31 Subcontracting I 32 33 -08,1,OPT1,G1 34 (October 12, 1998) I 35 Prior to any subcontractor or lower tier subcontractor beginning work, the Contractor shall 36 submit to the Engineer a certification (WSDOT Form 420-004 EF) that a written 37 agreement between the Contractor and the subcontractor or between the subcontractor I 38 39 and any lower tier subcontractor has been executed. This certification shall also guarantee that these subcontract agreements include all the documents required by the 40 Special Provision Federal Agency Inspection. 41 I 42 A Subcontractor or lower tier Subcontractor will not be permitted to perform any work 43 under the contract until the following documents have been completed and submitted to 44 the Engineer: I 45 46 1.
