The perimeter doors should have with double dead-bolts or <br /> locking crashbar, if doors open to the outside, or hinges <br /> are exposed, pin hinges should be provided. <br /> f. If store front glass doors are part of the project, they <br /> should have locking case bolts top and bottom. The more business non-opening windows that are visible to <br /> the parking area, the safer the area is from assaults and <br /> thefts. <br /> i. Understructure parking areas shou.id have walls painted white <br /> and security gated entrance to deter assaults, vandalism and <br /> prowls. <br /> h. Outside stairwells should have security gated entrances. <br /> 29. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to <br /> serve the proposed development. For information about the <br /> electrical service requirements for this project, please call <br /> Mike Brust at the District's Customer Engineering Office, <br /> Everett at 258-8291 . <br /> 30. GTE Northwest Incorporated will provide service to the site. <br /> However, new telephone cable construction will be required in <br /> conjunction with the site development. GTE's engineering will <br /> beqin when they are notified of your construction schedules and <br /> telephone requirements. <br /> it will be the developer's responsibility to provide a suitable <br /> combination of conduit and trenching and/or riser conduit to <br /> accommodate GTE's network communications cable within the <br /> complex. Provided that an acceptable combination of conduit <br /> and/or trenchi�q are incorporated into the project to <br /> accommodate GTE's entrance c�ble, there will be no costs to the <br /> developer for GTE's cable. <br /> 7 <br />
