Outfall work associated with this project is located immediate west of the FEN facility, on the <br /> western side of Interstate 5 as shown in the Contract Drawings. <br /> D. Land and Access: <br /> 1. Contract Documents identify land, rights-of-way, and easements for the Work to be accessed and <br /> performed. <br /> 1.4 CONTRACT TIME <br /> A. Description: <br /> 1. Perform Work within time stated in Document 00 60 13 -Contract. <br /> 2. Bidder,in submitting an offer, accepts Contract Time period stated for performing Work. <br /> 1.5 DEFINITIONS <br /> A.
