I <br /> 1 1.8 EXAMINATION OF DOCUMENTS <br /> A. Completeness: <br /> 1. Upon receipt of Bidding Documents,verify that documents are complete. <br /> I2. Notify Owner if documents are incomplete. <br /> B. Immediately notify Owner upon finding discrepancies or omissions in Bidding Documents. <br /> 1.9 SITE EXAMINATION <br /> IA. Examine Project Site before submitting a Bid. <br /> 1. Inspect site of the Work by personal examination, physical testing, or by such other means as <br /> I Bidder prefers, of the location of the proposed Work, the actual physical conditions of and at the <br /> Site, surface and subsurface conditions, and conditions ordinarily to be encountered and generally <br /> recognized as inherent in the Work. <br /> I 2. If, during the course or as a result of such inspection, examination and testing, a Bidder finds facts <br /> or conditions that appear to conflict or are omitted from the Contract Documents, or with other <br /> data or material made available relating to the Work,Bidder shall so notify the City in writing,and <br /> Imay apply to the City for additional information and explanation before submitting their Bid. <br /> 1.10 PREBID MEETING <br /> IA. Prebid Meetings will be held at the WPCF in accordance with Section 00 25 13 —Prebid Meeting. <br /> IB. A walkthrough of the primary Work site will be conducted as part of the meeting. <br /> C. General Contract and Subcontract Bidders are invited to attend. <br /> ID. Representatives of Architect/Engineer and Owner will attend. <br /> E. Minutes: <br /> 1 1. Summarized minutes of this meeting will be circulated to known Bidders. <br /> 2. These minutes will not form part of Contract Documents. <br /> I <br /> F. Information relevant to Bidding Documents will be issued by Addenda. <br /> 111 1.11 INQUIRIES AND ADDENDA <br /> I A. Should a Bidder find what is believed to be discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or <br /> Specifications, or should the Bidder be in doubt as to their meaning, Bidder may submit to the City an <br /> emailed or faxed written request for an interpretation. <br /> I B.
