I28 29 2-04.4 Measurement 30 Haul work will not be measured. I31 32 2-04.5 Payment 33 All costs for the work described in Section 2-04 will be considered incidental to excavation. All I34 costs for haul shall be included in the costs associated with the excavation. 35 36 2-07 WATERING I37 38 2-07.3 Construction Requirements 39 Section 2-07.3 is supplemented with the following: I40 41 (February 17, 1998 City of Everett GSP) 42 Only Everett Public Works Department Water Division personnel and the Project Inspector I43 may authorize the operation of City fire hydrants or making connections to City water mains. 44 Upon obtaining said permission, the following shall apply: 45 46 (a) The Contractor shall use only those hydrants designated by the agency in charge 1 47 of water distribution and in strict accordance with its requirements for hydrant 48 use.
