I <br /> 1 5. Prevent any fish-threatening silt buildup on the bed or bottom of any body of <br /> 2 water. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 6. Ensure continuous stream flow downstream of the Work area. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 7. Dispose of any project debris by removal, burning, or placement above high- <br /> 7 water flows. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 8. Immediately notify the Engineer and stop all work causing impacts, if at any <br /> 111 <br /> 10 time, as a result of project activities, fish are observed in distress or a fish kill <br /> 11 occurs. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 If the Work in (1)through (3) above differs little from what the Contract requires, the <br /> 14 Contracting Agency will measure and pay for it at unit Contract prices. But if Contract <br /> 15 items do not cover those areas, the Contracting Agency will pay pursuant to Section 1- <br /> 16 09.4. These include, but are not <br /> 28 limited to, petroleum products, hydraulic fluid, fresh concrete, concrete <br /> 29 wastewater, process wastewater, slurry materials and waste from shaft drilling, <br /> 30 sediments, sediment-laden water, chemicals, paint, solvents, or other toxic or <br /> 31 deleterious materials. <br /> 32 111 <br /> 33 3. Use equipment that is free of external petroleum-based products. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 4. Remove accumulations of soil and debris from drive mechanisms (wheels, <br /> 36 tracks, tires) and undercarriage of equipment prior to using equipment below <br /> 37 the ordinary high water line. <br /> 38 111 <br /> 39 5. Clean loose dirt and debris from all materials placed below the ordinary high <br /> 40 water line. No materials shall be placed below the ordinary high water line <br /> 41 without the Engineer's concurrence. I <br /> 42 <br /> 43 6. When a violation of the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSWGP) <br /> 44 occurs, immediately notify the Engineer and fill out WSDOT Form 422-011, <br /> 45 Contractor ECAP Report, and submit the form to the Engineer within 48 hours <br /> 46 of the violation. <br /> 47 <br /> 48 7.
