Clean loose dirt and debris from all materials placed below the ordinary high <br /> 40 water line. No materials shall be placed below the ordinary high water line <br /> 41 without the Engineer's concurrence. I <br /> 42 <br /> 43 6. When a violation of the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSWGP) <br /> 44 occurs, immediately notify the Engineer and fill out WSDOT Form 422-011, <br /> 45 Contractor ECAP Report, and submit the form to the Engineer within 48 hours <br /> 46 of the violation. <br /> 47 <br /> 48 7.
