The structure <br /> I41 shall then be brought to proper grade utilizing the same methods of construction as for the <br /> 42 structure itself. <br /> 43 <br /> II 44 The ductile iron frame shall be placed on concrete blocks and wedged up to the desired <br /> 45 grade with plastic wedges. The asphalt concrete pavement shall be cut and removed to a <br /> 46 neat circle, the diameter of which shall be equal to outside diameter of the cast iron frame <br /> I 47 plus 2'.
