I <br /> 9 <br /> 10 The following new sentences are inserted after the fifth sentence of the fourth paragraph: <br /> 11 <br /> 12 When 100% Recycled Concrete Aggregate is used, the Contractor may submit a written <br /> 13 request to use a test point evaluation for compaction acceptance. Test Point evaluation <br /> 14 shall be performed in accordance with SOP 738. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 8-01.AP8 <br /> 17 Section 8-01, Erosion Control and Water Pollution Control <br /> 18 April 2, 2018 <br /> 19 8-01.1 Description <br /> 20 This section is revised to read: <br /> 21 <br /> 22 This Work consists of furnishing, installing, maintaining, removing and disposing of best <br /> 23 management practices (BMPs), as defined in the Washington Administrative Code <br /> 24 (WAC) 173-201A, to manage erosion and water quality in accordance with these <br /> 25 Specifications and as shown in the Plans or as designated by the Engineer. <br /> 26 1 27 The Contracting Agency may have a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System <br /> 28 Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSWGP) as identified in the Contract Special <br /> 29 Provisions. The Contracting Agency may or may not transfer coverage of the CSWGP <br /> 30 to the Contractor when a CSWGP has been obtained.
