The Contractor shall not conceal 31 any work until the required information is recorded. 32 33 This Record Drawing set shall be used for this purpose alone, shall be kept separate from 34 other Plan sheets, and shall be clearly marked as Record Drawings. These Record I35 Drawings shall be kept on site at the Contractor's field office, and shall be available for 36 review by the Contracting Agency at all times. The Contractor shall bring the Record 37 Drawings to each progress meeting for review. I38 39 The preparation and upkeep of the Record Drawings is to be the assigned responsibility of a 40 single, experienced, and qualified individual.
