Central Marina Guest Dock 5 and K& L Docks (Port of Everett). Involves in water, and <br /> I 4 will involve floats, utilities, pile driving, and dredging. The work is probably 95% in the <br /> 5 water, but the laydown area is the gravel lot that is right off of West Marine View Drive <br /> 6 and about 400 feet due north of the GAPB west landing. Work is anticipated to occur <br /> I 7 outside of the right of way, but immediately adjacent to the Project. Access <br /> 8 Coordination will likely be required. Contact Willie Watson, Port of Everett Construction <br /> I <br /> 9 Manager, williew(cr�portofeverett.com. <br /> 10 4. Waterfront Place Apartments (Private Development). Construction of a multi-building <br /> 11 266-unit apartment complex located at the parcels immediately west of West Marine <br /> 12 View Drive and south of 14th Street. Work is anticipated to generally occur outside of <br /> I13 the right of way, but may include some minor tie-ins to existing infrastructure. Miscellaneous Construction within the Waterfront Place Development (Port of Everett <br /> I16 and Private Developers). Interaction with these projects is not anticipated, except that <br /> I 19 <br /> 20 construction traffic may access the site via 14th Street. Contact Brandon Whitaker, Port <br /> of Everett Project Manager, BWhitaker@portofeverett.com *** <br /> 21 <br /> I22 <br /> 23 Add the following new section: <br /> 24 <br /> I25 1-05.18 Record Drawings <br /> 26 (March 8, 2013 APWA GSP) <br /> 27 <br /> 28 The Contractor shall maintain one set of full size plans for Record Drawings, updated with <br /> I29 clear and accurate red-lined field revisions on a daily basis, and within 2 business days after <br /> 30 receipt of information that a change in Work has occurred. The Contractor shall not conceal <br /> 31 any work until the required information is recorded. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 This Record Drawing set shall be used for this purpose alone, shall be kept separate from <br /> 34 other Plan sheets, and shall be clearly marked as Record Drawings. These Record <br /> I35 Drawings shall be kept on site at the Contractor's field office, and shall be available for <br /> 36 review by the Contracting Agency at all times. The Contractor shall bring the Record <br /> 37 Drawings to each progress meeting for review. <br /> I38 <br /> 39 The preparation and upkeep of the Record Drawings is to be the assigned responsibility of a <br /> 40 single, experienced, and qualified individual. The quality of the Record Drawings, in terms <br /> I41 of accuracy, clarity, and completeness, is to be adequate to allow the Contracting Agency to <br /> 42 modify the computer-aided drafting (CAD) Contract Drawings to produce a complete set of <br /> 43 Record Drawings for the Contracting Agency without further investigative effort by the <br /> 44 Contracting Agency. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 The Record Drawing markups shall document all changes in the Work, both concealed and <br /> 47 visible.
