The Westmont -Holly -Evergreen -Boeing (WHEB) triangle maps an economic <br />development course to capitalize on its unique opportunities with commercial air service, two light <br />rail stations, and continuing aerospace manufacturing expansion. The broad -based process results in <br />specific recommendations of customized redevelopment of the area's park properties that reflect the <br />neighborhood context and accomplish city goals. Implementation energizes the area, celebrates its <br />uniqueness, and highlights its strengths and amenities, resulting in neighborhood pride, attractive new <br />places, dynamic commercial development, tourism spending, and new recreational amenities. <br />Ongoing 1. Promote the WHEB Triangle <br />2019 2. Conduct a public process that results in WHEB-specific economic development <br />recommendations presented to Council. <br />2019-2020 3.
