All parking areas for more than ten vehicles shall <br /> 2 be adequately lighted, and the light shall be <br /> 3 directed away from adjacent residences . <br /> 4 <br /> 5 Section 6 Performance Standards <br /> 6 <br /> 7 A. PRD Perimeter <br /> 8 <br /> 9 1. If topographical, vegetation, screening, or other <br /> 10 barriers along the perimeter of the PRD project <br /> 11 do not achieve reasonable compatibility with ad- <br /> 12 jacent uses, the Commission may impose the following <br /> 13 requirement: <br /> 14 <br /> 15 a. Structures located on the perimeter of the <br /> 16 PRD, project must be setback two feet for each <br /> 17 foot in height above twenty feet. The additional <br /> 18 setback shall be in excess of the basic setback <br /> 19 requirement. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 B. Open Space <br /> 22 <br /> 23 1. When open space is provided for the purpose of <br /> 24 active or passive recreational activities its <br /> 25 "usability" will be a prime consideration of the <br /> 26 Commission. The Commission will base its acceptance <br /> 27 of such open space on the characteristics of the <br /> 28 surface of the open space area (land, water, roof- <br /> 29 tops) , its dimensions, location, slope and physical <br /> 30 improvements. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> -11- <br />
