1 <br /> 2 K. Amendments to Final Development Plan <br /> 3 <br /> 4 1. Minor changes in the location, siting, and height <br /> 5 of buildings and structures may be authorized by <br /> 6 the Director without additional public hearings <br /> 7 if these changes were required by engineering of <br /> 8 other circumstances not known at the time the <br /> 9 final plan was approved. No changes authorized <br /> 10 by this section may cause any of the following: <br /> 11 <br /> 12 a. A change in the use, intensity, or character <br /> 13 of the development; <br /> 14 <br /> 15 b. an increase in the overall ground coverage <br /> 16 of structures; <br /> 17 c. An increase in the problems of traffic cir- <br /> 18 culation: <br /> 19 <br /> 20 d. A ( reduction in approved open space, off-street <br /> t <br /> 21 parking, loading zones, right-of-way or pavement <br /> 22 vehicles. <br /> 23 2 . Changes in uses, rearrangement of lots, blocks, <br /> 24 buildings, tracts, or changes in the prov4sion <br /> 25 { of common open space and changes other than listed <br /> 26 above, must be made by the Council after a report <br /> 27 from the Planning Commission. Such amendments <br /> 28 may be made only if they are shown to be required <br /> 29 by changes in conditions that have occurred since <br /> 30 the final plan was approved or by changes in community <br /> 31 policy. <br /> 32 <br /> -21- <br />
