Our response to each item is listed below and �louded on the new <br /> drawings. <br /> l. New rated�artitions around Stora��e Room <br /> a. 'fhis room is considered an Incidental Use Arca per 2003 BC Section302.1.1 <br /> and per Table 302.1 and therefore requires a 1-hour separation or be protected <br /> with an automatic sprinkler system. This room, as is the entire building, is <br /> protected by an automatic sprinkler system and therefore no rating is required. <br /> As agreed with you by telecon, partition details are therefore not required. <br /> Notwithstanding, these partitions will extend to the concrete structural slab <br /> and be constructed as 1-hour partitions with a minimum of 1 layer 5/8" c;•pe X <br /> gypsum wallboard on both sides. <br /> b.
