Please review and respond to the comments below. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. Non Structural 1. Upon completion of the construction authorized by this permit a certificate of completion may be issued, however no occupancy of the structure is authorized. In order for a Certificate of Occupancy to be issued, additional permits and approvals will be required. Section 111.1 2. The real or an imaginary property line should be shown on the plans between the new and existing buildings. Section 705.3 a. If the buildings are to be considered as one structure, the Everett Fire Suppression Ordinance will require the structures to be sprinklerd. An 'alternate means' decision may also be available as there is 23 feet of separation between structures. 3. The plans should note that an NFPA-72 fire alarm will be provided.
