Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br /> Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections <br /> requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> Non Structural <br /> 1. Upon completion of the construction authorized by this permit a certificate of completion <br /> may be issued, however no occupancy of the structure is authorized. In order for a <br /> Certificate of Occupancy to be issued, additional permits and approvals will be required. <br /> Section 111.1 <br /> 2. The real or an imaginary property line should be shown on the plans between the new <br /> and existing buildings. Section 705.3 <br /> a. If the buildings are to be considered as one structure, the Everett Fire <br /> Suppression Ordinance will require the structures to be sprinklerd. An 'alternate <br /> means' decision may also be available as there is 23 feet of separation between <br /> structures. <br /> 3. The plans should note that an NFPA-72 fire alarm will be provided. An unvented attic should be designed per Section 1203.3, the insulation <br /> revised to rigid insulation placed on top of the sheathing or attic ventilation should be <br /> provided and detailed.
