PROJECT CLOSE-OUT <br /> 017000 - 2 <br /> Completion, the Contractor shall prepare a final property survey showing significant <br /> features that have resulted from construction of the Project. Include on the survey a <br /> certification, signed by the Surveyor,to the effect that principal lines and levels of <br /> the project are accurately positioned as shown on the survey. <br /> 1. Submit one reproducible mylars and one electronic copy(AutoCadd <br /> 2000 with drawing file extension) of final Surveyed Record As-Built <br /> Site Drawings at the same scale as original site plan. <br /> 2. Information required includes,but is not limited to, all final record as- <br /> built documentation for the following work: <br /> 1. Street improvements <br /> 2. Storm drainage <br /> 3. Sanitary sewer <br /> 4. Water system <br /> 5. Natural gas <br /> 3. Contractor shall engage a professional engineer or land surveyor to <br /> complete these record drawings. Drawings shall be titled "Record As- <br /> Built Drawings" as prepared by(Engineer's Name)with date corrections <br /> were made. Engineer shall stamp these drawings with his seal. Provide <br /> any other certification as required by reviewing agencies(if any). <br /> 4. Submit original drawings or prints of corrected drawings to reviewing <br /> agencies (if required)per their requirements and obtain necessary <br /> approvals. <br /> 2.4. Record Specifications: Maintain one complete copy of the Project Manual, including <br /> specifications and addenda, and one copy of other written construction documents <br /> such as Supplemental Drawings, Change Orders and similar modifications issued in <br /> printed form during construction. Mark these documents to show substantial <br /> -variations in the actual work performed in comparison with the text of the <br /> specifications and modifications as issued. Give particular attention to substitutions, <br /> selection of options and similar information on work where it is concealed or cannot <br /> otherwise be readily discerned at a later date by direct observation. <br /> 2.5. Miscellaneous Record Submittals: Refer to other sections of these specifications for <br /> requirements of miscellaneous record keeping and submittals in connection with the <br /> actual performance of the Work. <br /> I <br /> 02/19/13 <br /> I <br />
