POST CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION <br /> 6.1. The Architect/Engineer and the Owner will conduct an inspection just prior to one <br /> year following the date of Substantial Completion. The Contractor will be asked to <br /> be present. The purpose of this inspection is to identify any warranty items or <br /> material failures. A report will be issued with determination by the Architect as to <br /> the Contractor's responsibility.
