Pile yarn (polyester) shall be proven athletic caliber yarn designed specifically for outdoor use and <br /> stabilized to resist the effects of ultraviolet degradation,heat,foot traffic,water and airborne pollutants. <br /> The primary pile yarn,polyester, shall possess the following physical characteristics: <br /> 1.
