Drawings and general provisions of the Contract, including General and Supplementary <br /> Conditions and Division 01 Specification Sections, apply to this Section. <br /> 1.2 SUMMARY <br /> A. Work of this Section includes,but is not limited to,the following: <br /> 1. Transfer NPDES permit from Owner to Contractor in accordance with Washington State <br /> Department of Ecology requirements. <br /> 2. Conform to all requirements of the NPDES Permit, the Construction Stormwater Pollution <br /> Prevention Plan(SWPPP),and the Construction Stormwater General Permit. <br /> 3. Provide Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead"CESCL." <br /> 4. Provide and maintain temporary erosion control measures as indicated in the Contract <br /> Documents and as required by the Washington State Department of Ecology. <br /> 5. Provide and maintain additional temporary erosion control measures at no additional cost to <br /> the Owner as may become necessary due to weather, environmental, or site conditions. <br /> Comply with Washington State Department of Ecology requirements. <br /> 6. Prevent pollution or excess turbidity in downstream and/or State waters. <br /> 7. Removal of temporary erosion control measures after completion of project. <br /> 8. Submit "Notice of Termination Form" for Construction Stormwater General Permit to <br /> Department of Ecology to request termination of permit coverage. <br /> B.
