WSDOT: Washington State Department of Transportation <br /> 1.5 MATERIALS OWNERSHIP <br /> A. Except for materials indicated to be stockpiled or to remain on Owner's property, erosion and <br /> sediment control measures, and cleared materials shall become Contractor's property and shall <br /> be removed from the site. <br /> 1.6 SUBMITTAL S <br /> A. Submit under provisions of Section 01 63 00, "Products and Substitutions" and as further <br /> provided. <br /> B. Submittals that have been submitted and approved shall be available onsite for reference by the <br /> Owner and Engineer. <br /> C. Submit proof of certification for the CESCL. <br /> D. Submit a copy of the Contractor's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for review <br /> and approval by the Engineer.
