DOE: Washington State Department of Ecology. <br /> B. NPDES: National Pollution Discharge Elimination System general permit for stormwater <br /> discharges from construction activities. <br /> C. SWPPP: Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. <br /> D. CESCL: Certified Erosion and Sedimentation Control Lead. <br /> E. Structures: Buildings, footings, foundations, retaining walls, slabs, tanks, curbs, mechanical <br /> and electrical appurtenances,or other man-made stationary features constructed above or below <br /> the ground surface. <br /> F. Utilities: On-site and off-site underground pipes, conduits, ducts, and cables, as well as <br /> underground services within buildings. <br /> G. Wet Weather: Between dates of October 1 and April 30. <br /> H. Significant Rainfall Event: One-half-inch of rain within a 24-hour period. <br /> I. Except for materials indicated to be stockpiled or to remain on Owner's property, erosion and <br /> sediment control measures, and cleared materials shall become Contractor's property and shall <br /> be removed from the site. <br /> 1.6 SUBMITTAL S <br /> A.
