5. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done in a manner that does not adversely <br /> impact the surrounding properties. The Applicant shall provide written <br /> evidence that grade transitions beyond this project's property line have been <br /> agreed to by adjacent property owners. <br /> 6. The Applicant, or its agents or successors, shall contact the City's Stormwater <br /> reviewer with questions while preparing drainage plans for permit review (Jane <br /> Zimmerman: JZimmermant everettwa.gov). The following stormwater <br /> requirements are to be satisfied: <br /> • In accordance with the Joint Aquatic Resources Permit Application <br /> (JARPA), the project shall be designed to meet the most current <br /> stormwater management manual, the 2012 Stormwater Management <br /> Manual for Western Washington (SWMMWW), as amended in December <br /> 2014 (the 2014 SWMMWW). <br /> • Stormwater shall be managed in accordance with the Stormwater Site Plan <br /> (Comprehensive Hydraulics Report) for the Port of Everett Riverside <br /> Business Park (stamped and signed by Hugh Kyper on October 19, 2016) <br /> and by all applicable City of Everett stormwater standards. <br /> • The stormwater runoff treatment system for the site shall be designed to <br /> meet stormwater treatment standards with a downstream tailwater <br /> elevation in the Snohomish River equal to the Mean High Higher Water <br /> (MHHW) elevation, plus one foot. <br /> • The stormwater conveyance system on the site shall be designed to meet <br /> City of Everett stormwater conveyance standards with a downstream <br /> tailwater elevation in the Snohomish River equal to the base flood <br /> elevation. <br /> • <br /> • The Applicant shall secure a copy of the June 10, 2014, Riverside <br /> Business Park General Transfer Agreement between the Port of Everett <br /> and the City of Everett. The Applicant, or its agents or successors, shall <br /> cooperate with the Port and the City in implementing the agreement. <br /> 7. On-site water main shall be staked within an easement to the City. The <br /> easement shall be 5 feet on one side and 10 feet on the other side and shall <br /> be clearly indicated on the plans. The completed easement form shall be <br /> submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits. <br /> 8. If soils are found to be corrosive, the Applicant shall use DI HDPE pipe and <br /> fittings for the water main. <br /> 9. For all manufacturing and office use developed on-site, a Reduced Pressure <br /> Backflow Assembly (RPBA) must be installed at the premise. Buildings with <br /> 1�`5 <br />
