1 <br /> CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> IAn updated progress schedule shall identify progress of the Project or Work to the <br /> date of submission. It shall include, but not be limited to: (1) identification of all <br /> I actual start and completion dates occurring prior to the submission of the <br /> schedule; (2) comparison of actual start and completion dates to the planned start <br /> and completion dates shown on the Baseline Schedule; and (3) comparison of <br /> I expected start and completion dates for work to occur after submission updated <br /> progress schedule to the planned start and completion dates shown on the <br /> Baseline Schedule. Work remaining to be completed at the end of a period for an <br /> activity should show the remaining duration required to complete that activity. The <br /> 1 percent complete for that activity should also be shown. If during the course of <br /> construction the Contractor desires or feels it necessary to make changes in the <br /> schedule logic, these changes should be identified, highlighted, and specifically <br /> I and expressly brought to the attention of the City's Representative and City along <br /> with the schedule update. <br /> An updated progress schedule shall show changes occurring since submission of <br /> Ithe previous updated progress schedule such as: <br /> 1. Major changes in scope; <br /> 2. Activities modified since previous submission; <br /> 1 3. Revised projection for construction completion, as applicable; and <br /> 4. Any other changes. <br /> I Contractor shall submit an updated progress schedule for review by the City and <br /> City's Representative, at the weekly construction meeting or as otherwise as <br /> requested by City's Representative or City. Any deviation from the Baseline <br /> I Schedule shall be explained by the Contractor, including the cause and effect of <br /> the deviation. Contractor shall state in writing the corrective measures it will take <br /> to bring the progress of the Work back in line with the Baseline Schedule. <br /> I Once an actual start or completion date is stated in a submitted progress <br /> schedule. Contractor shall not change schedule without prior written agreement of <br /> the City and City's Representative. <br /> I With each submitted updated progress schedule, Contractor shall provide a <br /> written narrative report that identifies anticipated or actual deviations from the <br /> Baseline Schedule, causes of the deviations, and the impact of the deviations on <br /> the schedule and describes the corrective action taken or proposed, and its effect. <br /> 1-08.3(3) Schedule Updates <br /> Delete 1-08.3(3) and substitute the following: <br /> I 1-08.3(3) Schedule Format And Content <br /> (******) <br /> 1-08.3(3)A Schedule Format <br /> 1 All schedules shall be in the following form: <br /> 1. Network analysis system using the current version of Microsoft Project <br /> software and the critical path method, as outlined in The Associated <br /> IGeneral Contractors of America (AGO) publication "The Use of CPM in <br /> Construction -A Manual for General Contractors." <br /> 2. Sequence of Listings: The chronological order of the start of each activity <br /> Iof Work. Listings on Progress Schedule and Schedule of Values shall be <br /> the same. <br /> I3.
