Task Deliverables • Agenda and summary of all meetings • Design review summaries and comment log City Responsibilities: • Coordinate with project team, assist with scheduling meetings, and attend meetings • Review meeting agendas, meeting summaries, and provide comments to Murraysmith Assumptions • Up to four meetings/workshops with City Staff will be attended by up to four Murraysmith team members. • Coordination other than through meetings will be accomplished up to the hours shown in the fee estimate Task 222 — Subconsultant Coordination Objective: Coordinate with subconsultants on subconsultant work tasks,which are detailed later in the scope. Activities: 222.1 Geotechnical Engineering Coordination Coordinate with geotechnical engineering subconsultant during design of the improvements. Review draft and final geotechnical report and provide final to City. 222.2 Structural Engineering Coordination Coordinate with structural engineering subconsultant during design of the improvements. 222.3 Electrical Engineering Coordination Coordinate with electrical engineering subconsultant during design of the improvements. 222.4 Corrosion Engineering Coordination Coordinate with corrosion engineering subconsultant during design of the improvements.
