City Responsibilities: <br /> • City will take the lead in scheduling, notifying the public, and conducting public outreach <br /> meetings. <br /> • City will coordinate with Murraysmith, as needed, during the development of mailers, <br /> handouts and presentation material. <br /> • City staff will document and provide information on outreach activities to the team. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • City staff will take the lead role in communicating with the neighboring community and <br /> the general public. Murraysmith will support the City per the tasks above. It is assumed <br /> that one neighborhood public meeting will be held. <br /> • One mailer/hand-out will be developed. <br /> • Up to two figures or renderings will be developed. <br /> Task 224 — Permitting Support <br /> Objective: <br /> To assist the City on an as-needed basis to support the City's permitting related activities through <br /> final design and bidding. <br /> Activities: <br /> 224.1 City Permit Assistance <br /> Prepare supporting graphics and technical information for the City's permitting activities.
