• Pay permit and related application fees <br /> • Provide available plans, reports and documents for the stormwater report <br /> Assumptions <br /> • City staff will take the lead in completing and processing all permit applications. <br /> • The proposed improvements are subject to City of Everett land use, environmental, and <br /> construction permit conditions. <br /> • All required mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and right-of-way use permits will be <br /> obtained by the construction contractor. <br /> • Offsite and downstream storm drainage systems will not be analyzed or improved as part <br /> of this project. <br /> • Up to two meetings with City staff will be attended by up to three Murraysmith staff. <br /> • Conditional use permits will not be required for this project. <br /> Task 225 — Final Design <br /> Objective: <br /> This task will produce final design plans and specifications, based on the proposed improvements <br /> summarized earlier in this scope and detailed in the 30% Preliminary Plans and Project Report. <br /> Final design plans and specifications will be developed to the 60%,90%and 99%completion levels <br /> for review by the City. Final 100% bid-ready plans and specifications will incorporate all prior City <br /> review comments and be suitable for bidding. <br /> Activities: <br /> 225.1 60% Plans and Specifications <br /> Prepare final design plans and specifications at the 60% completion level for the proposed <br /> improvements based on the 30% plans. Plans will be developed at a 1"=20' scale and include <br /> details for improvements.
