G. Contractor shall not store materials or equipment, nor shall employees of the Contractor I <br /> or subcontractors park automobiles on public streets. <br /> H. Restore any areas used for materials storage, equipment storage, or employee and <br /> subcontractor parking to their original condition or better, unless specified otherwise. <br /> I. At no time shall Contractor or his employees modify operation of the existing facilities or <br /> start construction modifications without approval of the Owner except in emergency to <br /> prevent or minimize damage. The Contractor shall immediately notify the Owner of the <br /> emergency, any modifications made, and why. <br /> J. Submit to Engineer a materials laydown, storage and parking plan. 1 <br /> 1. Submit within ten days after Effective Date of the Contract. <br /> 2. Plan must be approved by Owner. <br /> 3. Obtain and pay for use of additional parking areas needed for Contractor <br /> operations. <br /> K. Normal Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, not including <br /> holidays. <br /> L. Use of the Site shall be limited to construction operations, including on-Site storage of <br /> materials and equipment as specified in the drawings and Section 01550. Access <br /> directly on the designated wetland areas is restricted to foot traffic only. <br /> M. Do not use areas outside of the Construction limits shown on the drawings for any <br /> Contractor construction operations. <br /> 1.4 OWNER OCCUPANCY <br /> A. Contractor shall coordinate with Owner in all construction operations to minimize <br /> conflicts and to facilitate Owner usage. <br /> 1.5 PARTIAL UTILIZATION OF THE SITE BY OWNER AND PUBLIC <br /> A. Contractor shall maintain emergency access between the east end of 41st Street and <br /> 36th Street. <br /> B. Other than emergency access there will be no public access from 41st east of 3rd 1 <br /> Avenue, or south of 36th Street. <br /> C. The City maintains a leachate collection system, gas collection system, and as well as ' <br /> utilities within Eclipse Mill Road and 36th street. Contractor shall not hamper the City's <br /> use of these utilities. <br /> D. Protect all utilities at all times. The Contractor is responsible to repair or pay the City to ' <br /> repair, at the City's discretion, and be responsible for claims or damages due to loss of <br /> services, and responsible for penalties or damages due to spills. <br /> 1.6 LINES AND GRADES <br /> A. Construct all Work to the lines, grades and elevations indicated on the Drawings as <br /> provided in Section 01030. <br /> 1. Remove and reconstruct improperly located work. <br /> B. Engineer will establish or designate control points for the Work as follows: , <br /> 1.
