� <br />� <br />c) Within the property line, ramp, sidewalk, and stair widths should be shown on the <br />drawing to be a minimum of 44 inches, per IBC section 1101.2.2, when they are part <br />of the accessible route, per IBC section 1104.2. <br />d) Within the property line, remp and stairway handrail extensions shouid be shown on <br />the drawings for the accessible route, per 1BC section 1012.6, when they are part of <br />the accessible route, per IBC section 1104.2. <br />Please provide a section through the threshold connecting Youth Center with the <br />exterior landing. A Floor or landing should be shown at the same elevation on either <br />side of the door, per IBC sect�on 1008.1.5, not to exceed the threshold requirements of <br />IC� A117.1-2009 sections 303.2 or 303.3. <br />3. Gates for access and egress at chain link fences should have a smooth surface (within <br />10 inches of the grede, measured vertically) on the push side of the gate, extending the <br />full width of the gate, shown on the drawings, per ICC A117.1-2009 section 404.2.9. <br />4. A vertical grab bar and toilet paper dispenser should be shown on the drewings at [iie <br />new toilet room, per ICC A117.1-Z009 sections 604.5.1 and 604.7. <br />Energy <br />1. Building envelope requirements for compliance with the energy code should be shown in <br />the code analysis and on the drawings, per the prescriptive method shown on WSEC <br />table 13-1, or the component method, per WSEC C101.4. <br />Deferred Permits Requiring Drewings <br />1. Mechanical, sign, and suppression permits should be submitted as separate permit <br />applications. <br />Applicable codes indude the 2012 International Building Code (IBC), the 2012 Intemational Fire <br />Code (IFC), the 2012 International Mechanical Code (IMC), the 2012 Washington State Energy <br />Code (WSEC), as amended by the by the State of Washington and adopted by the Ci.ry of <br />Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the Accessible and Usable <br />Buildings and Facilities ICC A117.1-2009.
