This amendment extends the contract term from the original end date of December 31St,2018 to December 31St,2021 to allow Salas O'Brien to complete the analysis and labels at additional locations as well as provide updates to the analysis and labels as needed for the Water Pollution Control Facility and Water Filtration Plant. There is $9,729.00 remaining on the initial contract, and this amendment provides additional funds($20,000)to complete updates as needed. RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the Professional Services Agreement with KDW Salas O'Brien to extend electrical engineering services through December 31st,2021 and add$20,000.
