The new antenna and associated tower equipment will be <br /> manufactured of non-glare materials. The new radio equipment cabinet is GR-487 Issue 3 certified <br /> which conforms to state and local noise standards. <br /> Conclusion: The proposai will not generate nuisance irritants. <br /> 9. Consistency with the goals and policies of the Everett General Pian for the area and land <br /> use designation in which the property is located. <br /> Findin : The applicani currently has an approved wireless facility located on a BPA utility pole. The <br /> General Plan has policy language pertaining to above ground utilities staling that the City shall, <br /> "promote efficient use of land and minimize environmental disturbances by requiring co-location of <br /> utilities whenever possible and appropriaie." <br /> Conclusion: The use is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> 10. Compifance with the provisions of this title and ather City, State and Federal Regulations. <br /> Findinp: Ail necessary building and associated permits must be �btained for the proposal prior to <br /> construction. <br /> Conclusion: The proposal will comply with;he provisions of the City's ?oning Coda and the applicant <br /> must obtain any required State and/or Federal permits. <br /> 11. Accessibility to public tra�sit and traffic reduction measures proposed by the applicant to <br /> reduce dependence of the pi�posed use on the automobile. <br /> Findinq: The facility is unmanned. <br /> Conclusion: Criteria is not applicabie. <br /> SPU SPECIFIC EVALUATION CRITERIA: <br /> Subsection 41.150.D.1.c of the Zoning Code —Special property use Permits—contains specific <br /> evaluation Crileria for Above Ground Utility and Comtnunicalion Facilities. Many of lhese criteria <br /> �� are intended to address new or expanded utility structure (i.e., monopoles) and are not <br /> applicable to the instant applicalion. The following are"Findings" and "Conclusions" relative to <br /> the Sqecific Evaluation Criteria: <br /> 1. All utility and Communications facilities shall be designed, landscaped, or otherwise <br /> screened to ensure compatibility with surrounding properties. <br /> Findinst: This proposal is for the relocaiion of an existing wireless communication facility to an existing <br /> BPA utility pole in order to upgrade the applicanfs 4G Technology. <br /> 3 <br />
