o Lobby Attendants <br /> o Audience Services Representatives <br /> o Stage Crew <br /> Box office hours vary depending on the season,but are typically Tuesday— Saturday <br /> 11 am-7pm and 11 am-5pm during the Summer months. Any significant changes to staff <br /> levels,box office or business hours will be discussed in advance with City staff <br /> Theatre will use reasonable efforts to minimize staff turnover. Staffing shall be <br /> maintained twelve(12)months of each year and the staff must be experienced and capable of <br /> performing the level of work assigned. Theatre will advise City of the background and <br /> qualifications of the staff If the City expresses concern over the performance of a Village <br /> Theatre staff member at the Everett Performing Art Center, Village Theatre will follow its <br /> progressive disciplinary policy for union and non-union employees. Theatre shall define <br /> each position by a written job description that fully describes the training and experience <br /> required, the scope of work and activities required, and the range of compensation to be <br /> offered. Job descriptions and the disciplinary action policy will be provided to the City <br /> annually. Theatre shall not discriminate in its hiring based on sex, disability, race, color, <br /> creed, or national origin. Theatre is not required to cast people in roles that Theatre believes <br /> in good faith are artistically inappropriate for the production. <br /> E. Personal Property Maintenance <br /> Theatre shall be responsible for the care, maintenance, and replacement of its own <br /> personal property. Theatre shall also be responsible for the care and repair of City-owned <br /> personal property used by Theatre, excepting normal wear and tear. Theatre personal <br /> property shall include,but not be limited to, equipment,props, costumes and supplies, and <br /> other items listed on the inventory of Theatre property. <br /> F. City Use of Center <br /> The City may use the Center at no charge,but the City must reimburse Village <br /> Theatre for any labor expenses incurred supporting such use. The City and Theatre will <br /> reasonably cooperate in scheduling and will avoid conflicts with previously scheduled <br /> performances and activities. <br /> In addition, one day each calendar year, the City may use the Center for a day-long <br /> arts event at no charge with Theatre providing free labor and support(the "Annual City <br /> Event").
