In addition, Theatre shall manage all aspects of its own productions, including, <br /> but not limited to, promotion, advertising, supervision,personnel selection, coordination with <br /> City, inventory, control and care of its own personal property, and inventory and care of City <br /> property. <br /> B. KidStage <br /> The KIDSTAGE program will be primarily conducted at the Cope Gillette Theatre,with <br /> the exception of Summerstock rehearsals and performances. Other classes and activities may be <br /> coordinated on a space available basis, with the priority given to Village Theatre Mainstage <br /> activity and community rentals. <br /> C. Center Management <br /> Theatre shall manage the Center for City, including booking of performances and <br /> rental of the facility, and selection and management of the concessionaires. Theatre shall <br /> provide at no charge all of the staff support necessary to meet the needs of City in conducting <br /> the Annual City Event(defined below). Theatre will be responsible for implementing and <br /> carrying out all personnel support functions necessary to ensure successful accomplishment <br /> of its tasks and activities. City's Parks Director (or their representative) shall communicate to <br /> Theatre such tasks and activities. Each year Theatre's Executive Producer(or chief executive <br /> officer) shall confer with City's Parks Director (or their representative)regarding scheduling <br /> and coordination of City and Theatre events and regarding a review of Theatre's performance <br /> of this Agreement. In consultation with City, Theatre shall establish management practices <br /> for rental of the Center and the sale of concessions that implement any City policies and <br /> guidelines regarding rental or concessions. Theatre shall establish rental rates for the Center, <br /> subject to City's reasonable approval. <br /> D. Staffmg <br /> Theatre shall staff the EPAC with seven(7) full-time personnel, currently these <br /> positions include: <br /> o General Manager <br /> o Box Office Manager <br /> o Assistant Box Office Manager <br /> o Stage Operations Supervisor <br /> o Master Stage Carpenter <br /> o Master Electrician <br /> o Master Sound Technician <br /> In addition to the full-time staff outlined above, part-time staff will support <br /> operations, as deemed necessary by Village Theatre for adequate operations of the EPAC. <br /> These positions include: <br /> o House Managers <br /> EVERETTNILLAGE THEATRE AGREEMENT Page 2 of 10 <br />
