<br /> Task 2—Review all available information on the study area
<br /> Online information was reviewed of the study area from City of Everett GIS and the Washington 303(d)
<br /> list. A topographic survey was also done for the site and as-builts for 19th Ave SE were obtained from the
<br /> City dating back to 1979 when the 24" storm main was installed.
<br /> The site does not contain steep slopes, streams, or wetlands. There is a 24" storm main along 19th Ave
<br /> SE that directs stormwater to Silver Lake to the south.There appear to be detention vaults within the
<br /> ROW before reaching Silver Lake from reviewing the City of Everett GIS. Silver Lake is listed on the
<br /> 303(d) list as an impaired body of water for bacteria and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). The project
<br /> will address water quality per the 2014 SWMMWW.
