The class B product is typically used as a soil amendment by land applying it on agricultural <br /> fields. Removing biosolids restores volume to the wastewater treatment lagoon and reduces odor generation <br /> at the WPCF. <br /> The City is seeking a contractor to dredge, dewater and stockpile on-site up to 2,400 dry tons of biosolids <br /> from Aeration Cell 2 at the WPCF. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the call for bids for the 2019 <br /> Biosolids Removal Project. 25 <br />
