1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign a joint letter with the Snohomish County <br /> Executive, attached hereto as Exhibit A indicating the City's approval to submit a joint <br /> application with Snohomish County requesting the designation of the next generation of <br /> the 777 program at the Everett Boeing site or on abutting property located at Paine Field <br /> as a Project of Statewide Significance; and <br /> 2. The Everett City Council hereby acknowledges its support for the joint application with <br /> Snohomish County requesting the designation of the next generation of the 777 program <br /> at the Everett Boeing site or on abutting property located at Paine Field as a Project of <br /> Statewide Significance. The letter attached hereto as Exhibit B meets the requirement of <br /> the administrative guidelines for the Project of Statewide Significance for a letter of <br /> support from the legislative body in which the proposed Project of Statewide Significance <br /> is located; and <br /> 3.
