(MGI) is pleased to submit this proposal to conduct a geotechnical engineering evaluation of the proposed (4)-Bay Service Facility and associated (2)-Lane Fuel Island to be located at 2410 Railway Avenue in Everett,Washington. This proposal is based on email conversations and information provided by Sifts &Hill Engineers, Inc. and a scope of services by Penske Truck Leasing. SITE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION We understand that the project site is currently vacant and covers a total area of 10.42 acres, following the sale of 3.00 acres to Canyon Lumber. The project area is rectangular and borders the west side of Railway Avenue in Everett, Washington. The project scope includes geotechnical recommendations for the construction of a (4)-Bay Service Facility with an office core and Wash Bay,an associated(2)-Lane, (3)-product(gas,diesel,DEF) Fuel Island,and site pavement to support future site activity. Groundwater levels and soil conditions at depth will. be gathered to inform the placement and feasibility of an underground stormwater quality vault,underground fuel storage tanks,and sanitary sewer tines. Sewer lines are proposed to be directed first to the City of Everett sewer main,and in the future to a permanent public sanitary sewer system,to be installed to the east side of Railway Avenue.
