Station. Should the City not be able to complete the maintenance due to existing safety <br /> issues or lack of a completed project,the City will notify the County. <br /> F. When the City determines that the Pump Station requires repair or maintenance, the <br /> County may,at its sole discretion,request the City to perform the repair or maintenance <br /> under this contract or delegate the repair or maintenance to a private contractor. If the <br /> repair or maintenance involves a warranty claim, then the County may, at its sole <br /> discretion, direct the claim to Romtec Utilities, Inc. <br /> G. The County shall identify a Project Manager by delivering written notice to the City's <br /> Administrator of the Agreement.
