I inspected the upper floor <br /> apartment, common areas and the exterior yesterday afternoon.This structure built in 1900 was converted to a 4 plex <br /> at some time in the past and is falling apart. In addition to the fire code violations as noted in their letter, lots of other <br /> lack of maintenance and IPMC violations exist. I spoke to 2 of the 4 tenants and hope to go back for a walk thru <br /> inspection on Tuesday September 1st at 1:00. Please let me know if you are available. We will need an electrical <br /> inspector if one is available.
