<4 BLACK BOX <br /> The following items list a series of tasks that will be included within the Deployment Project Step. Additional feature <br /> details and testing information will be included within the Project Plan. <br /> NEC Professional Services will: <br /> • Backup the system configuration <br /> • Migrate/ Upgrade current data base to new version <br /> • Perform testing steps listed in Testing Matrix <br /> • Validate successful migration/upgrade <br /> • Backup the system configuration <br /> CLIENT will provide: <br /> • Remote Internet connectivity for Black Box Network Services and NEC engineers <br /> • Onsite system access for Black Box Network Services engineers<lf applicable> <br /> • Maintenance window to migrate/upgrade systems <br /> • The necessary changes to the Data Network Environment <If applicable> <br /> • Provide supported server HW& SW <br /> 3.6 Support <br /> • Black Box Network Services will schedule up to one (1) cutover event <br /> o The following cutover support will be performed following each cutover event <br /> ■ Remote Operations Black Box Service Engineer <If applicable> <br /> ■ Remote NEC TAC Support Engineer<If applicable> <br /> ■ Remote access provided with NEC Resolve Support <br /> • All cutover support expires following the cutover event, project closed and handed off to Black Box Operations <br /> Service support. <br /> 4. Deliverables / Outputs <br /> 4.1 Documentation <br /> • Design Document <br /> • Testing Plan/ Matrix <br /> • Project Plan Schedule <br /> 5. Change Management <br /> If a change to this SOW is required, both parties agree to use a Contract Change Order (called "CCO") as the vehicle for <br /> communicating change. The CCO must describe the change, the rationale for the change and the effect the change will <br /> have on the project including any changes in cost, if applicable. A change to this SOW is required if either party requests <br /> work to be performed that is not specifically defined in this SOW or is specifically defined as out of scope. A CCO is <br /> synonymous with a Job Change Order(JCO) or Installation Change Order (ICO), as possibly defined in the Master <br /> Agreement. <br /> Upon identifying the need for a CCO, Black Box Network Services will submit the CCO to the client's Project Manager. <br /> The client will review the CCO and choose to approve or reject it. If the CCO is approved, it will amend this SOW and its <br /> terms as specified in the CCO document. A written CCO must be signed by both parties to be considered approved. <br /> • Existing Customer Change Control Approval for Scheduled Outages, as applicable. <br /> • Properly executed Black Box Network Services Job Change Order for changes to Statement of Work or <br /> Schedules. <br /> Statement of Work Page 18 April 23, 2019 <br />
