Task 6 Traffic Analysis <br /> Although permanent channelization and/or signalization changes are not anticipated as part <br /> of this project, the CONSULTANT shall prepare a Traffic Control Plans that will go together <br /> with the construction of the intended retrofit scheme and to ensure that mobility of traffic <br /> is not hindered.The exact limits of the traffic control will be determined jointly between the <br /> CITY and the CONSULTANT but are typically expected to extend to the next adjacent street <br /> intersection or 1/4-mile in each direction along the roadway, whichever is least. <br /> As part of the traffic analyses, there will be Neighborhood Traffic Analysis activities. As part <br /> of this activity, there will be data collection including vehicle, pedestrian and bike volumes, <br /> to provide a delay analysis and respond to neighborhood comments regarding the impacts <br /> of the construction on the travel near the construction zone, especially in the light of the <br /> signalized intersection to the north of the project site. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Draft Traffic Control Plans- PDF and 1 hardcopy <br /> • Final Traffic Control Plans- PDF and 1 hardcopy <br /> Maple Heights Bridge Seismic Retrofit 18 <br />
