Task 8.2 90% Design Package Submittal <br /> This task includes all activities associated with advancing the 60%design package to the 90% <br /> level and submitting the intermittent design package to the City for review purposes. The 90% <br /> design package submittal will include two copies of half-size plans, project manuals, estimate <br /> and construction schedule. Electronic copies of the plans, cost estimate, construction schedule <br /> and responses to the 60%comments response will also be provided. Hard-copy sheets will <br /> match the electronic files that are submitted. The work will be substantially complete at this <br /> stage. Drawings will be completed and checked in accordance with established QC procedures <br /> and will have incorporated or resolved comments made during the 60% design review and <br /> other informal reviews.The cost estimate will be formatted to reflect the bid item breakdown <br /> utilizing CITY cost estimating form. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Two (2) hardcopies of half size plans. An electronic copy of the plans in PDF format. <br /> • Two (2) hardcopies of the Project Specifications Manual. An electronic copy of the <br /> Project Specifications Manual in PDF format. An electronic copy of the Project <br /> Manual in Word format (no Appendix). <br /> • Two (2) hardcopies of the cost estimate and construction schedule. An electronic <br /> copy of the cost estimate in PDF format. <br /> • An electronic copy of responses to 60%comments in Excel and PDF formats. <br /> • An electronic copy of the construction schedule in PDF format. <br /> Task 8.3 Final (100%) Bid Package Submittal <br /> This task includes all activities associated with advancing the 90% design package to the 100% <br /> level and submitting the construction documents design (Bid) package to the City for review <br /> and advertisement purposes.The Bid Submittal will include one (1) full-size plan set and (1) <br /> half-size plan set printed on bond paper, (1) hard copy and of the project manual, (1) hard copy <br /> of Engineer's Opinion of Cost and Construction Schedule. Drawings will be stamped and signed <br /> by the appropriate CONSULTANT team professional licensed in the State of Washington. Hard- <br /> copy sheets will match the electronic files. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • One original stamped and signed full size plan set <br /> • One half size copy of the 100% plans <br /> • One original stamped and signed Project Specifications Manual. <br /> • One copy of the Engineer's Opinion of Cost <br /> • One copy of the 100%Construction Schedule <br /> • Electronic copies of the plans and project Manual <br /> Maple Heights Bridge Seismic Retrofit Z� <br />
