Contact Faheem Siddiq to read or ask about the procedures for SEPA appeals. <br />NOTE: A DNS may be withdrawn in the event of significant changes in the proposal, <br />disclosure of new significant information, misrepresentation by the applicant, or <br />failure to comply 'Nith the conditions upon which this Determination of <br />Non -Significance is predicated. <br />INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />The following information is provided for the developer's benefit. These are not SEPA conditions <br />but are associated with other laws or requirements. All requirements are preliminary in nature, <br />and are based upon the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in effect at the time of <br />submittal for SEPA review. The proposal must comply with all ordinances in effect at the <br />time a complete building permit application is filed, including these not specifically set <br />for herein. (Exception: For vesting under the Zoning Code, please refer to Section 44 cf the <br />Zoning Code). Contact the Planning Department for information regarding appeals processed <br />A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with <br />City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works <br />Departm,�nf, showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />constru ;tion erosion control, and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. <br />Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being <br />issue::. All improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before the <br />Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is granted. <br />2. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction Standards for <br />Development. <br />3. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br />4. TNs project must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler <br />Ordinance. <br />5. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with <br />Ordinance '1998-94 and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are based on <br />projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of <br />the Ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to building permit application. The <br />actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in <br />effect at the time and according to the information on the approved plans at the time of <br />building permit issuance. <br />6. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval <br />of these plans. <br />A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer than 50 feet of every <br />structure. <br />8. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust <br />suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />
