Not more than 50 HP 5. 00 <br /> Not more than 100 HP 6. 00 <br /> Not more than 200 HP 8. 00 <br /> All over 200 HP 10. 00 <br /> For connecting a motor or controller to existing <br /> wiring, the fee shall be computed at one-half of the <br /> regular fee. Generators shall be computed on the <br /> same basis as motors. Motor Generators shall be <br /> computed for each motor and generator. <br /> (I) Fees for Lighting Fixtures <br /> The fee for installation of new fixtures or the <br /> replacement or relocation of existing fixtures shall <br /> be one dollar ($1. 00) for each five fixtures or <br /> fraction thereof. <br /> (J) Fees for Sign or Outline Lighting <br /> Fees shall be computed on the basis of $1. 00 per <br /> circuit when service has already been supplied. An <br /> additional fee of $5. 00 for a meter service when <br /> not existing. <br /> (K) Fees for Temporary Services <br /> 30 amp temporary service $2. 00 <br /> 100 amp temporary service 5. 00 <br /> 200 amp temporary service 10. 00 <br /> (L) Permit fee for Circuits of Fifty Volts Less <br /> To install control or signal circuits , or other <br /> circuits of fifty volts or less , the permit fee <br /> shall be computed at five dollars for the first <br /> ten openings or devices of such system, plus <br /> five dollars for each additional ten openings or <br /> devices , or fractions thereof. <br /> (M) For inspection of electrical apparatus for which <br /> no fee is herein prescribed, payment shall be made <br /> at the rate of $5. 00 per call. Whenever an inspector <br /> is called upon to make a re-inspection for work that <br /> has been rejected the second time, a fee at the rate <br /> of $10. 00 per call will be charged. <br /> In the event work is started without a permit fee <br /> the fee shall be $10. 00 or double the regular fee <br /> whichever is greater. <br /> (N) Refund fees <br /> Should any construction, installation, alteration or <br /> repairs , for which an electrical permit fee has been <br /> paid, not be carried on, or should any permit be <br /> issued for an incorrect address, the Electrial In- <br /> spector, upon proper application for refund and sur- <br /> render of the permit for cancellation, and upon <br /> be satisfied, after a survey of the premises , that <br /> such work will not be performed, shall, by verified <br /> statement, so notify the City Treasurer, advising him <br /> also of the amount of the fee to be refunded. In such <br /> cases, the Electrical Inspector shall cancel the <br /> permit and the fee shall be refunded less three dollars <br /> to cover the cost of administration of the permit.
