(D) All officers and directors of a corporation shall <br /> be qualified to obtain a license as provided herein. Such <br /> license shall be issued to the same person whose name <br /> appears on, or the person responsible to the Washington <br /> State Liquor Control Board for, the license issued by that <br /> Board for the premises . <br /> Section 4 <br /> Floor Space Requirements : No license for dancing <br /> shall be issued unless the dance area shall be not less than <br /> four hundred square feet and not less than ten feet from side <br /> to side, except Class H premises , in which case the floor space <br /> requirements shall be as established by the Washington State <br /> Liquor Control Board subject to approval of the City Council. <br /> Section 5 <br /> Dancing Area to be Unobstructed--Lighting: The space used <br /> and allocated for dancing must be kept clear of all objects , <br /> fixtures or furniture at all times . Lighting density in all <br /> cabaret dancing area will be governed by rules and regula- <br /> tions of the Washington State Liquor Control Board, and fail- <br /> ure to so comply will constitute a violation of this Chapter. <br /> Section 6 <br /> Fee for License--Expiration and Renewal : The fee for such <br /> cabaret license shall be one hundred dollars per year. Each <br /> license shall expire on the thirty-first day of December of <br /> each year and shall be renewed annually. <br /> Section 7 <br /> Maintenance of Order: A person capable of maintaining <br /> order shall be in attendance at all times on each premise for <br /> which a cabaret dance license is issued under this chapter. <br /> This person will be responsible for refusing admission to <br /> intoxicated persons and removing unruly and/or intoxicated <br /> persons from their premises. <br /> CHAPTER 6 - DANCES, DANCE SCHOOLS AND DANCE FLOORS <br /> Section 1 <br /> Definitions : As used in this chapter; <br /> (A) Public Dance : "Public dance" shall be construed <br /> to mean any dance or ball to which the public generally may <br /> gain admission with or without the payment of an admission fee. <br /> (B) Dance Hall: "Dance hall" shall be construed to <br /> mean any room, hall , pavilion or other place kept or used for <br /> the purpose of carrying on public dances or dancing. <br /> (C) Dancing School: "Dancing school" shall be construed <br /> to mean any hall, room, pavilion or other place in which <br /> lessons in dancing are given or dancing taught to individuals <br /> or in classes . <br /> (D) Dancing Master: "Dancing master" shall be construed <br /> to mean any person who, whether as owner, manager, attendant <br /> or other employee, teaches or assists in teaching the art <br /> of dancing in any dancing school or dance hall . <br />
