(F) The signature of the person making the sale, pawn or <br /> pledge; <br /> (G) The date and time of the transaction; <br /> (H) Such other and further information as to the City <br /> seems necessary, or which the City may require. <br /> A copy of this report shall be furnished and delivered to <br /> the Chief of Police, or his designated subordinate, at the <br /> City Hall within twenty-four hours of purchase, pawn or <br /> pledge . The remaining copy shall be kept by the licensee <br /> for a period of not less than six months . <br /> Section 9 <br /> Not to resell goods within three days : No second-hand <br /> dealer or junk dealer shall sell or dispose of or remove <br /> from the City of Everett, Washington, any junk or second- <br /> hand goods purchased or received from any person for a <br /> period of three working days from the acceptance or purchase <br /> of said second hand goods or junk, in order that the Police <br /> Department of the City of Everett may make an appropriate <br /> examination of the source of purchase . <br /> Section 10 <br /> Persons unlawful to deal with: No pawnbroker or second- <br /> hand dealer, or their employees , shall receive any pledge <br /> or purchase any article from any person under eighteen <br /> years of age , or from any person who is at the time intoxi- <br /> cated, or from any habitual drunkard, or from any person <br /> which is known by him to be a thief, or associate of a thief, <br /> or a receiver of stolen property, or from any person whom <br /> he has reason to suspect or believe to be such. <br /> Section 11 <br /> Acts of employees--Deemed act of dealer: The act of any <br /> servant or employee of any such dealer, shall be deemed <br /> the act of such dealer. <br /> Section 12 <br /> Drivers to register: Every person employed by any junk or <br /> second-hand dealer as a driver or operator of the team, <br /> automobile, truck or other vehicle used by said dealer in <br /> his business , shall register at the office of the City <br /> Clerk, said registration to show the name, age and resi- <br /> dence of said driver, and the name of the person, firm <br /> or corporation by whom said driver is employed, and each <br /> of said drivers shall re-register on or before the 10th <br /> day of January of each year of their employment as such <br /> driver or operator. <br /> Section 13 <br /> Second-hand vehicle dealers--License required--When--To <br /> keep records : No person, firm, corporation, co-partnership <br /> or any other organization of any kind shall engage in the <br /> business or occupation of buying, selling, trading or in <br /> any manner handling, second-hand automobiles , trucks , <br /> tractors , motorcycles or similar vehicles for the purpose of <br /> dismantling or breaking up the same into parts without the <br /> payment of a license fee to the City of Everett of Five Dollars <br /> ($5 . 00) per year, and all persons , firms, corporations or <br /> any other organizations engaged in handling second-hand auto- <br /> mobiles , trucks , motorcycles or similar vehicles for the <br />
