4 i Section 2 Person--Defined: "Person" as used in this chapter, shall include any person, firm or corporation in the City of Everett. The manager of any firm or corporation shall be deemed responsible for the obtaining of such license as well as such person, firm or corporation. Section 3 Contemplated Sale--Fact of and Details to be Filed with Clerk: The applicant shall submit to such Clerk, in writing, a statement showing all the facts in regard to the contemplated sale, with a statement as to the reasons for such closing out, an inventory of goods showing actual purchase price, names of persons from whom goods were obtained, date of delivery of such goods and all details necessary to fully identify the- goods to be sold. Section 4 License Fee : The license fee for such sale shall be the sum of $25 . 00 , plus $2 . 00 for each thousand or fraction thereof of the submitted inventory, for a period of three months . Section 5 Time of Sale--Not to Exceed Three Months--Extension--When: Such application shall specify the period of time during which the sale may continue . This time shall not exceed three months , but if at any time during three months a sworn application be filed with the City Clerk making it appear that all the goods in the original inventory have not been sold, accompanied by an inventory of what remains showing actual purchase price , a supplemental license may be issued, in the discretion of the Clerk, upon compliance by the applicant with the requirements of the original issue and upon the payment of an additional license fee of $25 . 00 per day, which license shall continue in effect only as long as said daily license fee shall be paid and he shall comply with the provisions of this chapter. Any application for a license under the provisions of this chapter covering any goods , wares or merchandise previously inventoried and licensed, shall be deemed to be an application for a renewal under Section 5 of this chapter whether presented by the original applicant or by any other person. Section 6 License Good for Inventoried Goods Only: The license shall be valid only for the inventoried goods . Additions to such inventory shall cause the merchandise inventoried to lose its identity as distressed goods , and any such license issued shall cease to apply to the sale of such goods . Section 7 Purchase with Sixty Days of Application--Presumption of Purchase for Sale: No person securing a license shall secure goods for the purpose of selling at such
