Section 4 <br /> Bill Posting--Bond--Required: In addition to the license <br /> fee hereinabove provided for, every Bill Poster shall, before <br /> receiving his Bill Poster' s License, execute a bond to the <br /> City of Everett in the sum of $2 , 000 . 00 to be approved by the <br /> City Attorney, conditioned that its annual license fee <br /> provided for herein will be paid to the City of Everett <br /> and the compliance by said applicant with all the ordinances <br /> and regulations of the City of Everett and the laws of the <br /> State of Washington, in regard to such business and further <br /> conditioned that said applicant will indemnify and save harm- <br /> less the City of Everett from any and all claims, damages , <br /> charges , expenses and suits arising from or growing out of the <br /> conduct by such applicant of said bill posting business . <br /> Section 5 <br /> Posting--Owner' s Permission Required: It shall be unlawful <br /> for any person, whether licensed or not to post, affix, paste, <br /> paint, tack, print, write or in any manner put advertising <br /> matter of any kind on, or about any public or private building, <br /> or structure, without having first obtained permission in <br /> writing from the owner, agent or other authorized person. <br /> Section 6 <br /> Bill Boards--Not to Endanger Public: No person shall erect, <br /> keep or maintain any bill board or board for advertising upon <br /> any public ground or place or upon any private premises ad- <br /> jacent to any sidewalk, street or footway, the same being <br /> so erected as to occasion danger or inconvenience to the public . <br /> Section 7 <br /> Sign Writing--License Required--Fee: It shall be unlawful <br /> for any person, firm, corporation, co-partnership or any <br /> other organization of any kind to engage in the business or <br /> occupation of sign writer or painter, or carry on such busi- <br /> ness or occupation, within the City Limits of the City of <br /> Everett, without first having obtained a license therefor, and <br /> the fee for such license shall be and hereby is fixed at the <br /> rate of Five Dollars ($5 . 00) per year. <br />
